15. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

16. Warranty Policy
At Healthy Harmonies, we want you to receive products that are made and finished to the highest standard. We carefully select our products and stand behind their quality and workmanship.
6-Month Workmanship Warranty
Healthy Harmonies provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.
For our jewellery, this includes faults such as clasps, chains, fittings or components failing as a result of a manufacturing or workmanship defect.
For our Geoclense, Stellar Domes and other products, this warranty covers physical defects or failures resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.
Where a product is found to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect, Healthy Harmonies will assess the item and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- accidental damage, including dropping, crushing or impact damage;
- damage caused by misuse, improper handling or failure to follow reasonable care instructions;
- loss or theft;
- damage caused by alterations or repairs carried out by another person; or
- change of mind.
The warranty relates to the physical quality, materials and workmanship of our products. Individual experiences with Healthy Harmonies products may vary. A customer’s personal or subjective assessment of their experience with a product, by itself, does not constitute a manufacturing defect or fault in workmanship.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply in addition to the Healthy Harmonies 6-month workmanship warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing or workmanship fault, please contact Healthy Harmonies with:
- your name and order number.
- a description of the problem; and
- photographs/videos of the item showing the fault, where possible.
We may ask for the product to be returned to us for assessment before determining the appropriate remedy.

17. COLLABORATORS, AFFILIATES AND INFLUENCERS
Healthy Harmonies may engage independent collaborators, affiliates, ambassadors, influencers or other promotional partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these individuals are independent contractors and are not employees, partners or joint venturers of Healthy Harmonies.
Collaborators may receive commissions or other benefits for promoting or referring customers to Healthy Harmonies.
Collaborators are required to comply with Healthy Harmonies’ Collaborator Agreement and Advertising & Claims Policy.
Healthy Harmonies does not authorise collaborators to make unauthorised medical, therapeutic, scientific, technical or performance claims.
Healthy Harmonies reserves the right to require correction or removal of promotional material that does not comply with our requirements or applicable law.
18. TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS
Customer reviews and testimonials represent the opinions and experiences of the individuals providing them.
Results may vary.
We do not represent that a customer’s experience will be experienced by another person.
Where required by law, testimonials or endorsements will be presented and used in accordance with applicable advertising requirements.
